Shipping and Returns

Policies

Shipping Policy: We do our best to ship the same day or the next day, excluding holidays and

weekends. We utilize live shipping rates for both UPS and Canada Post. We do not guarantee

shipping times advertised by UPS or Canada Post. 
 
 
Refund/Return Policy: We offer a full store credit on any unused item within 15 days of purchase

date if the customer is not satisfied with the product or if there is any product defect. The credit

 will be issued when the unused product has been returned in good condition. The customer is

responsible for all return shipping costs.
 
 
 
Items on sale: sale items are always new, unless clearly specified as used. They are on sale

because we might be overstocked or phasing out the product. Sale items are not returnable.
